Janome MyLock 534D Needle Plate Repair

I am unsure if this part which is the plate, if it should be bent or it is normal for the shape, as it has been some time since I have used this overlocker, and never noticed it.  If it is the problem, please let me know how much it would cost for the spare part to replace it.
